After comparing quotes I had no doubt that Bill would be the right person to do the work. With the use of email, Bill kicked into action and fine tuned the quotation. This was a fast way to communicate. Bill was also quick to answer any technical questions over email so I could nail down my permit submission to the town. When it came time to work Bill was courteous, tidy, and professional. He exhibits excellent quality, and hired the right trades people to do the job. He was also on time and on budget (with the upgrades requested).
